This Privacy Policy describes how PaySlowSlow Pte Ltd (“hereinafter “PaySlowSlow”) (we, us, our, or similar pronoun) (Company No. 202017510G), a company incorporated and existing in Singapore with its registered address at 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent #06-06 Singapore 139951, will collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data through the use of PaySlowSlow Services and Website.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Personal Data collected through our Website which may be amended from time to time upon a notification published on the Website or such other means of communication as deemed suitable by us. Users may browse the website generally, which contains publically available contents, without disclosing any Personal Data.   7. such other purposes as we may reasonably determine from time to time to the extent permitted by the applicable laws.

2.6 Necessity 

It is necessary for us to collect and process your Personal Data in order for us to effectively provide our services to you. If you do not supply us with your Personal Data, or do not consent to our privacy notice herein we may not be able to process your application and/or provide you with certain services, if at all.

3 Your Rights with Respect to your Personal Data 

3.1 You may contact us via the email address set out in Clause [] below if you would like to exercise your rights as follows:

  1. make corrections to your personal data;
  2. withdraw consent to any use of your personal data;
  3. request us to delete any personal data we have gathered and/or processed that relates to you;
  4. request us to limit the use of your personal data;
  5. opt out from marketing and/or promotional materials; or
  6. access, view details, or request us to provide you with any personal data stored by us.

3.2 Notwithstanding Clause 3.1 above:

  1. you may be required to provide us evidence as to your identity (for example, a copy of your identification card, passport or any other form of documents that verifies your identity);
  2. you may be required to make an administrative payment in relations to the services the services listed in Clause 6.1 above; and
  3. we reserve the right to withhold any personal information that you may have requested to the extent permitted by law.

 

3.2 Where you are given the option to share your Personal Data with us, you can always choose not to do so. If we have requested your consent to processing and you later choose to withdraw it by contacting us, we will respect that choice in accordance with our legal obligations.

Our security measures are subject to risk analyses, and procedures are regularly tested and updated to ensure that information received from users through the internet is safe and secure. 

4.2 PaySlowSlow guarantees your Personal Data shall be used solely for the intended Purpose(s) and shall restrict the disclosure of your Personal Data to its employees or directors, or any authorized third party as mentioned above strictly on a need-to-know basis. 

4.3 However, users agree that we cannot guarantee a fully secured data transmission via the internet or though our Website (e.g. third parties unlawfully intercepting or accessing the transmission of information). Your Personal Data shall not be kept longer than necessary for the fulfillment of the intended Purpose(s) mentioned above and shall be destroyed/ permanently deleted if it is no longer required for the intended Purpose(s) for which was to be processed subjected to PaySlowSlow’s legal or regulatory requirements.
